Why Capture with Matterport at HETT?

The Healthcare Technology show is a place buzzing with innovation. Over the two days, the event explored key themes including digital maturity, workforce, data and analytics and innovation – all geared toward driving real change in health and care.
We saw an opportunity to go beyond static photos and booth brochures. By creating rich, immersive 3D walkthroughs using Matterport, we aimed to:
Preserve the spatial narrative of exhibits and booths
Offer virtual access to stakeholders who couldn’t attend
Enhance post-show engagement with interactive media
Provide marketing collateral that stands out in a crowded field
Simply put, we wanted to immortalise the energy, layout and design of the show in a form that continues to tell the story long after the lights go down. What We’re Doing with the Capture
Having this immersive capture opens up a range of applications:
Virtual Tours for Stakeholders and Clients — For those who couldn’t attend, this is the next best thing to being there
Sales & Marketing Collateral — Embedding the walk-through into our website, using fly-throughs in pitch decks
Exhibit Planning & Retrospective Analysis — Use the spatial model to evaluate foot flow, sightlines, booth adjacency
Long-Term Digital Archive — Preserving the event layout and design for future reference
